Optimal Construction, LLC started in 2015 as an affiliate of Naimisha Construction who has been in business for more than 25 years. Under the leadership of Phillip Smith as Director of Construction and Alan Barber as Construction Manager, their combined experiences include leading, directing and developing operations including strengthening sub-contractor relationships and delivering a high rate of customer satisfaction. This million-dollar full-service general contractor has constructed over 3,000 new multi-family residential and commercial units across Florida and their services include construction management, project programming, scheduling and estimating.

Constantly examining new frontiers, Bilkey LLinas Design’s team of skilled architects and designers strive to produce innovative concepts that appeal due to their unique design philosophy. Bilkey LLinas Design since its inception specializes in high-end hospitality related projects worldwide including hotels, resorts, residences, spas, and convention facilities. The combination of architectural planning skills and forte in interior design has produced a strong international company that offers a vast and varied knowledge of the hospitality industry. Their portfolio includes the interior designs of many prestigious luxury hospitality brands such as Four Seasons, The St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, and Shangri-La.

MW Harris Lighting Studio, LLC is an Architectural Lighting Firm founded in 2013 by Mark W. Harris, a recognized award-winning professional within the architectural lighting design community. As an architectural lighting design studio, MWHL blends the art of theatrical and architectural lighting design with the science of electrical engineering. Melding Mark’s six years’ experience in the professional theatre, five years as an electrical designer, and twenty-three as an architectural lighting designer provides their clients with a rare balance of creativity and practicality.
