For treatments like Traditional Thai, Table Thai, Reiki, Reiki Healing, or Assisted Stretch, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing that facilitates stretching.
The Aayush is designed as a wellness experience. To ensure all guests can fully benefit from their wellness circuits, we request that you limit your visit to 90–120 minutes. You are also welcome to enjoy the amenities in the individual locker rooms and relax on our private beach during your visit.
